PARTNERS WITH A GLASS LAMINATOR

SFI partners with glass laminators to provide comprehensive support throughout the smart film lamination process. This includes assistance in film cutting, busbar, wiring, packaging and detailed lamination parameter profiles.

STEPS RECOMMENDATIONS

Step A

Get 1 demo glass and 5 sample lamination film

Demo Glass - ready to plug into the power

Film, with busbar on it, ready for lamination

Step B

Get a film cut to size per your dimensions, with wires on it.  
This will allow you to laminate glass for your office/showroom.

Step C

We supply this film in rolls or cut to size with wires on it. If you choose to get a roll, we will process you through the cutting and wiring procedure. We also welcome you to our production line for a tour and cutting & wiring training.

Please note that you would need to optimize your own lamination profile based on your specific oven/autoclave and EVA type.
